What you'll do

• Set up administrator and service accounts for network desktop and conference-room VTC devices
• update and maintain AV/VTC deployments and approved software
• ensure compliance with the AV/VTC Security Technical Implementation Guide
• troubleshoot hardware and software
• maintain helpdesk tickets
• diagnose complex issues and minimize meeting disruption
• oversee VTC operations for standards and security compliance.
