What you'll do

• Teach, mentor, and disciple youth through biblical teaching and group discussions
• plan and lead weekly youth meetings, Bible studies, and worship services
• oversee retreats, mission trips, service projects, and social events
• develop ministry plans aligned with church vision
• provide pastoral care
• recruit, train, and support volunteers and youth leaders
• manage ministry budgets and records
• communicate with church leadership, parents, and students.
