Job overview

What you'll do

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
• troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, mechanical, hydronic, and combustion issues
• perform preventive maintenance, testing, inspections, and startups
• explain findings and options to homeowners
• obtain approval and collect payment when appropriate
• document service work
• communicate parts and scheduling needs to the office
• maintain vehicle, tools, and inventory
• protect customers’ homes and keep work areas clean.
