The Sheetmetal Mechanic role is onsite in Bradenton, Florida, for projects in or around Palmetto, Florida. Pay is up to $28 per hour, based on experience and skill level. The role supports Tradesmen International’s projects and its focus on safety, productivity, and craftsmanship. The mechanic fabricates custom ductwork fittings and cabinets, assembles and secures duct systems, and interprets commercial blueprints and mechanical drawings to support project installation work.

What you'll do

• Fabricate custom rectangular, round, and spiral metal ductwork fittings and cabinets using shop tools and heavy machinery
• hang, secure, and assemble large duct systems using lifts, scaffolding, and hand tools
• read and interpret commercial blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications.
