Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Hospice Aide is an onsite role based in Marysville, WA, providing hospice aide services to patients in their care settings. Continuum Care provides hospice services in the Pacific Northwest. Working under a registered nurse's supervision, the aide provides personal care and comfort according to the patient's plan of care, observes and reports changes, and documents care. The role supports continuity, safety, and respectful care for patients and families.

What you'll do

• Provide assigned personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and feeding assistance
• support ambulation, exercise, transfers, and positioning as directed
• provide medication reminders as allowed
• perform light homemaking tasks
• observe and report changes or concerns to the RN Case Manager
• document care and follow organizational procedures.
