What you'll do

• Manage, organize, train, and direct warehouse employees
• supervise order fulfillment, quality assurance, inventory control, and logistics coordination
• manage eCommerce fulfillment against service levels
• coordinate with Customer Support and Account Managers
• oversee special packaging, kitting, and bundling projects
• support client onboarding and fulfillment processes
• maintain a safe work environment and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
