The Behavior Technician – Autism role is in person in Gillette, WY, with work in clients’ homes and community settings. Pay is $22–$24 per hour. Advanced Therapy Clinic provides applied behavior analysis services to children and families. The technician delivers ABA therapy, collects behavior and skill-acquisition data, and documents sessions. The work supports individualized goals and helps children and families build skills and reach their potential.

What you'll do

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy
• collect behavior and skill-acquisition data
• study patient behavior and apply ABA principles
• use communication and feedback strategies
• recognize behavioral improvements
• use redirection techniques
• respond appropriately to challenging behaviors
• document each patient’s sessions.
