What you'll do

• Support the Executive Chef in leading culinary operations
• oversee preparation, service, and expediting
• maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards
• ensure recipes, portions, and presentation are followed
• coach and develop kitchen staff
• assist with seasonal menus for dining and private events
• manage inventory, purchasing, receiving, and cost controls
• maintain recipe documentation
• schedule labor
• monitor cleanliness and equipment maintenance
• ensure health, safety, sanitation, and labor compliance
• collaborate on recruitment and training.
