What you'll do

• Coordinate day-to-day support for field construction health and safety teams
• assist capital and facilities project management with safety tasks
• organize pre-construction planning meetings
• maintain schedules, trackers, logs, and safety documentation
• support review of contractor safety plans and submittals
• participate in site walks and track corrective actions
• report safety metrics
• assist with incident investigations
• support inspections and meetings when requested
• coordinate hazard closeout
• provide training and meeting logistics
• coordinate deliverables across projects
• support as-built documentation review, contract administration, purchase orders, invoicing, onboarding, and project controls
• identify opportunities for digital tools and standardization.
