What you'll do
- Develop and maintain production-grade bioinformatics workflows
- automate and version-control research scripts

- implement workflows using AWS services, S3, and scalable batch execution
- build validation, logging, provenance tracking, and error handling
- collaborate with scientists
- produce reusable pipeline modules, QC reports, operational documentation, and workflow monitoring and reprocessing mechanisms.
