What you'll do

• Welcome patients and families and guide them through admissions
• conduct intake and evidence-based assessments as needed
• complete and document required admission information
• verify demographic and insurance information and obtain consents and releases
• coordinate admission logistics and communicate with referral sources and internal departments
• assist with admissions and detox program orientation
• provide education and therapeutic guidance about program schedules and activities
• maintain professional boundaries, respond therapeutically to inappropriate behavior, and report client behaviors and activities to the nurse on duty.

Why this role
