What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate accounts payable activities

• train new staff and lead system onboarding
• serve as subject matter expert for SAP S4/Hana, Oracle, and Concur Invoice
• resolve system issues
• support financial system implementation and testing
• improve processes and controls
• ensure regulatory compliance
• prepare audit documentation and reports
• oversee payment runs
• review invoices and reconcile transactions
• support close processes.
