Registered Nurse (RN) - Straight Night Shift in Starkweather, ND. This is an onsite position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. This role is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. The RN collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring age and population-specific standards are met.

What you'll do

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with resident, family, and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.
• Documents resident interactions and outcomes.
• Communicates resident's changing condition to the charge nurse.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.

Experience

Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as RN at another facility.
