What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and managers

• support guest service goals and resolve guest concerns
• maintain cleanliness and operational standards
• review financial reports and support sales and profitability goals
• maintain accurate cash, sales, and inventory records
• communicate company initiatives
• complete or delegate administrative paperwork and schedules
• follow safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
