• Set up and operate low-pressure molding machines
• troubleshoot molding, cooling, and cycle-time issues
• inspect output and adjust processes
• manage and blend raw materials
• perform routine machine maintenance
• document production settings and adjustments
• train team members and follow safety procedures.
