What you'll do

  • Monitor KPIs, schedules, dependencies, issues, and risks across business units and workstreams
  • prepare program reporting and monthly dashboards
  • coordinate the monthly Global Leadership meeting
  • track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
  • improve PMO standards and governance
  • escalate risks and roadblocks
  • coordinate with Finance, HR, vendors, and company-wide support functions
  • and oversee improvement initiatives.
