Development Manager, Corporate and Foundation Relations

The Development Manager, Corporate and Foundation Relations role is hybrid in Natick, MA, with compensation of $80,000–$90,000 per year. The Community Foundation for MetroWest works to improve quality of life across more than 30 MetroWest communities, especially for vulnerable neighbors. The role grows and manages corporate and foundation partnerships, connecting funders with regional needs and the Foundation’s initiatives. It advances fundraising through partner cultivation, grant development and administration, event leadership, stewardship, and collaboration with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Develop corporate philanthropy strategies and manage partner portfolios
• support and lead fundraising events
• research and prioritize foundation funding opportunities
• manage grant lifecycles and calendars
• prepare proposals, inquiries, and reports with Program and Marketing/Communications teams
• steward sponsors and funders
• use CRM data to track portfolio activity and outcomes
• represent the Foundation at community, civic, and business events.
