The Independent Maintenance Manager opportunity is onsite in Layton, UT, with pay of $16–$22 per hour. This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement, not an employment position, with no company-sponsored employee benefits. Atomic Storage Group is a growing self-storage company seeking help maintaining and caring for a storage facility. The contractor independently handles agreed property maintenance and oversight tasks to keep the facility in good condition. Work includes minor repairs, cleaning and weed control, routine property evaluations, vendor coordination, and occasional auction preparation, with the contractor supplying their own tools, equipment, transportation, and materials.

What you'll do

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs
• remove locks with tools when necessary and assist with delinquency lock processes as needed
• manage weed control, property cleaning, curb appeal, and abandoned-unit cleanouts
• conduct routine property evaluations
• coordinate with vendors
• communicate property concerns and project updates
• assist with auction preparation when needed
• manage an independent schedule and provide personal tools, equipment, transportation, and work materials.
