Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant works onsite in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $24–$27 per hour. What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants using established criteria
• conduct property tours
• provide local-area information
• prepare and process lease agreements, collect deposits, and complete documentation
• monitor property conditions and coordinate maintenance needs
• maintain unit listings and create vacancy advertisements
• participate in team meetings and training.
