Phlebotomist — Paid Training, Part-Time

The Phlebotomist role is part-time and onsite in Dedham, MA, with a variable schedule of three days and 24 hours per week after training. Pay is $20.55 per hour. The American Red Cross supports community blood drives and lifesaving blood donations. The phlebotomist also helps set up and take down mobile blood-drive equipment and works with teammates to provide a positive donor experience.

What you'll do

• Welcome and support blood donors throughout the donation process
• collect blood and manage blood products following safety and quality standards
• provide customer service
• work with teammates to support donor experience
• set up and tear down equipment at mobile blood drives
• drive Red Cross or personal vehicles to community blood-drive locations
• attend full-time Monday–Friday paid training for the first seven weeks.

Why this role

No healthcare experience is required; paid training is provided.
