What you'll do

• Own fleet uptime and machine-to-machine consistency
• build preventive maintenance programs
• lead, schedule, and develop technicians and operators
• use machine and sensor data for health monitoring
• evaluate hardware and software upgrades
• plan fleet expansion, layout, staffing, and process readiness
• establish repeatable processes across machine models
• troubleshoot issues threatening uptime, including outside normal working hours when needed.
