Selections Coordinator

What you'll do

• Serve as homeowners’ primary selections contact
• coordinate appointments and record selections
• maintain selection guides and transfer data into construction schedules
• document change orders
• update Buildertrend selections records and track approvals and deadlines
• coordinate samples, pricing, and lead times with vendors
• flag allowance overages, conflicts, missing information, and potential schedule impacts
• prepare finalized selections for project manager ordering.
