What you'll do

• Provide customer service to donors and shoppers
• sort, price, and prepare donated merchandise
• evaluate items for resale, salvage, or discard
• identify collectibles and high-value donations
• stock, rotate, and display merchandise
• maintain production goals of four carts per hour and a 50% or higher sell-through rate
• keep work areas organized
• transport merchandise, trash, and supplies
• follow safety and operational policies.
