Machine Operator, Batching and Kitchen Experience

Compensation is $0 per year. The Machine Operator role is onsite in Lindon, UT. The position supports CandyCo’s production floor by operating and maintaining production equipment and ensuring output meets quality and safety standards. The operator prepares and monitors a machine during production runs, addresses routine maintenance needs, and records production activity. The role also helps maintain team productivity by training new and backup operators and following production specifications and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Set up and adjust machines for production runs
• monitor equipment for issues or malfunctions
• perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• inspect output for quality
• follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment
• maintain activity logs and production paperwork
• enter data into ERP and Safety Chain
• train new employees and backup operators
• follow specification sheets and shift leadership direction.
