What you'll do

• Direct accounting and financial operations
• prepare financial statements and manage close processes
• analyze results for executive leadership
• maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• coordinate audits and tax preparation
• oversee job costing, project accounting, and work-in-progress schedules
• monitor project profitability, change orders, retainage, and committed costs
• manage cash flow, forecasts, banking, receivables, collections, and payables
• supervise accounting, payroll, and administrative personnel
• improve financial and administrative processes and systems.
