What you'll do

• Check patients in and out, schedule appointments, answer phones, and enter information in the Epic EPM/EHR system. Verify insurance and eligibility, collect payments, explain financial responsibility, and connect patients with available programs and discounts. Complete registration and consent forms, handle medical-record requests, reconcile billing, and protect patient privacy. Float staff may travel to multiple regional health centers as requested
