Recreational Coordinator

The Recreational Coordinator works onsite at an assigned recreational soccer site in the Fargo area. Pay is $17.50 per hour. Tri-City United Soccer Club is hiring one coordinator for each listed site to serve as the primary on-site representative during the season. The coordinator builds relationships with coaches, players, and families and helps ensure a welcoming, organized, and safe experience. The role supports site operations by preparing facilities and equipment, assisting with setup and teardown, and communicating operational needs to the Director of Operations.

What you'll do

• Represent TCU at the assigned site
• build and maintain relationships with coaches, players, and families
• answer questions and resolve problems
• complete game cards and site packets
• prepare fields, goals, equipment, and concessions
• assist with setup and teardown
• communicate updates and operational needs
• help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
