What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision to ensure youth safety and security
• provide therapeutic interventions in a compassionate environment
• engage youth and reinforce appropriate behaviors
• teach and assist with activities of daily living
• complete progress notes and incident reports
• support residents’ individualized treatment plans.
