Territory Manager, Facility Maintenance

What you'll do

• Identify and research vendors
• develop vendor relationships
• prepare project proposals with budgets, costs, and margins in mind
• procure and onboard vendors and maintain contract documentation
• verify job completion and customer satisfaction
• approve vendor work for payment and work orders for customer invoicing.
