The CNC Machinist role is onsite in Reading, PA, with pay of $30–$40 per hour. Cannonball Recruiting is recruiting for production and job-shop facilities in Pennsylvania serving aerospace, marine, medical-device, and nuclear industries. The machinist sets up and operates CNC equipment and checks parts against specifications. Accurate measurement, inspection documentation, and safe manufacturing practices support production quality across the facilities served.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and multi-axis machines
• interpret blueprints, manuals, and GD&T symbols
• work with different metals
• measure parts using CMMs, micrometers, and depth gauges
• follow manufacturing and safety practices
• complete quality-control documentation and inspection sheets.
