The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Marlborough, MA, with openings on all shifts and an every-other-weekend rotation. Pay is $42–$47 per hour depending on shift, and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available. Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is an 186-bed skilled nursing facility providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. The RN provides direct resident care and supervises nursing assistant activities to maintain quality care. Assessing resident needs, maintaining care plans, carrying out orders, reviewing records, and reporting significant findings support residents’ nursing and rehabilitation needs.

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistant activities
• meet residents’ nursing and rehabilitation needs
• maintain resident care plans
• provide or assist with nursing care, treatments, dressings, and physician orders
• transcribe orders
• review records
• document nursing notes
• visit residents to evaluate needs
• monitor residents on the alert list
• document and report significant findings and contact physicians when necessary.
