The Fire Alarm Technician role is onsite and based in Lincoln, RI, with work throughout Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts and travel within RI, MA, and CT. Compensation is $35–$45 per hour. The technician services, programs, tests, inspects, and troubleshoots fire alarm systems, identifying code and non-conformance issues and completing assigned repairs. The role coordinates with contractors, customers, building maintenance, and office personnel to carry out daily work and support reliable fire alarm systems.

What you'll do

• Service, program, test, inspect, and troubleshoot basic and complex fire alarm systems with limited or no supervision
• identify code and non-conformance issues
• make recommendations regarding system installation improvements
• complete assigned troubleshooting and repairs
• coordinate daily work with contractors, customers, building maintenance personnel, and office personnel. Installation may be required but is not required by the posting.
