Shift Manager — Pet Supplies Retail

What you'll do

• Assist customers in selecting pet products and answering questions
• model customer service
• reinforce daily operational procedures and performance expectations
• provide leadership coverage and management functions when team leaders are offsite
• follow cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security procedures
• perform back-office tasks such as signs, price changes, and cashier records
• participate in recruiting, onboarding, and team development
• communicate opportunities to improve community engagement or store performance
• perform store team-member duties as needed.
