What you'll do

• Complete and document comprehensive nursing assessments
• administer medications or delegate medication administration to an LPN
• perform or delegate nursing interventions
• advocate for patients and evaluate care
• provide health education and administer blood products
• supervise LPNs and ER technicians
• care for trauma patients
• assess acuity and prioritize patients
• reassess patients for condition changes
• conduct patient callbacks per policy
• maintain current licenses and certifications.
