The role combines practice leadership, business development, executive placement, and operational improvement work to help clients stabilize performance and improve enterprise value.

What you'll do

• Build and scale the Interim Management Practice across North America
• develop its market presence and growth strategy
• generate and manage at least $4 million in annual revenue
• develop relationships with private equity firms, operating partners, portfolio leaders, and industrial clients
• deploy and match interim executives to client needs
• lead operational transformation, turnaround, integration, and stabilization work
• advance thought leadership, develop the private equity practice, and mentor talent.
