What you'll do

• Manage development projects from site planning through construction completion
• lead architects, civil engineers, contractors, and consultants
• manage entitlement, zoning, and permitting with municipalities
• oversee budgets, schedules, and timelines
• oversee utilities, grading, roadways, and site work
• manage contractor bidding and negotiations
• monitor construction progress and costs
• resolve development challenges
• assist ownership with evaluating development opportunities and land acquisitions
• provide project updates and reports.
