What you'll do
- Own and prioritize shopper and category learning plans
- analyze shopper motivations, purchase drivers, and barriers
- integrate research, syndicated data, retailer analytics, digital commerce insights, and market intelligence
- identify opportunities to grow buyers, conversion, repeat purchases, and Subscribe & Save participation
- recommend actions across assortment, pack and price, claims, content, merchandising, and retail media
- present findings to leaders and Amazon partners
- contribute shopper perspectives to vendor negotiations, category reviews, commercial plans, and multi-year planning.
