What you'll do

• Process incoming and outgoing calls
• interview patients or representatives and record registration information
• schedule appointments and update patient charts
• check insurance and payment eligibility
• receive, post, and track account payments and collect initial payments based on copay or deductible information
• complete administrative functions assigned by the Practice Administrator.
