Vocational Case Manager

The Vocational Case Manager role is based in office and community settings in the City of Saint Peters, MO. Compensation is $23.25 per hour. What you'll do

• Partner with participants to identify employment goals and interests
• build relationships with local employers and develop job opportunities
• conduct assessments
• assist with job searches, applications, and interviews
• provide job coaching and onsite support
• monitor progress and adjust supports
• complete case documentation and monthly reports
• coordinate individual plans and maintain records in Therap
• collaborate with families, employers, and interdisciplinary teams
• ensure services meet funding and compliance requirements.
