What you'll do

• Provide individualized resident care
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• support resident comfort, safety, and dignity
• conduct rounds and respond to needs
• follow care plans and facility procedures
• assist with repositioning and transfers
• report condition changes to licensed nursing staff
• maintain clean and safe rooms and common areas
• collaborate with the nursing team.
