Lexington Country Place is seeking a Wellness Nurse-Registered Nurse to join their team! The RN reports directly to the Director of Nursing. Monday-Friday; with on-call responsibilities. The RN is responsible for monitoring the health and wellbeing of our residents and provides leadership support and assistance with resident care and services.
