What you'll do

• Oversee terminal services, equipment, facilities, staffing, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
• develop market relationships and growth opportunities
• coordinate pricing with Revenue Management
• ensure regulatory, security, fuel-quality, safety, and guest-service compliance
• lead and develop team members
• manage guest concerns and operational readiness
• conduct safety activities and accident investigations
• travel to training or collaborative events less than 10% of the time.
