Retail Sales Lead

The Retail Sales Lead role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $14–$16 per hour starting, with the possibility of a monthly sales-based bonus. St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Stores use store proceeds to support the Dallas Society of St. Vincent de Paul’s outreach programs. The role oversees daily thrift-store operations and helps deliver a positive guest experience. It supports store performance by coordinating merchandising and restocking, training and coaching staff, and ensuring company standards are met.

What you'll do

• Manage point-of-sale operations, customer service, merchandising, and restocking
• orient and train employees
• coach, counsel, and discipline employees to promote team performance
