What you'll do

• Review customer sales orders and payment status
• prepare shipments and invoices
• manage accounts receivable aging and customer setup
• process supplier invoices, expense reports, credit cards, and purchase-order matches
• set up suppliers
• prepare payments and bank files
• support tax filings, reconciliations, audits, and accounts payable accruals
• and maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality.
