The Construction Senior Project Manager, Mission Critical and Data Center role is an in-person position based in Minneapolis, MN, or Milwaukee, WI, with visits to active job sites and client locations. Compensation is $135,000–$200,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus. Gardner Builders’ mission is to deliver exceptional results through a hospitality-driven approach. The role leads multiple complex construction projects from planning through closeout, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality while developing teams and strengthening client relationships and the company’s mission-critical and data center work.

What you'll do

• Lead multiple mission-critical projects and oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• build client relationships and represent Gardner in proposals and industry events
• oversee contracts, risk, and financial performance
• mentor project managers, coordinators, and superintendents
• manage bidding, estimating, forecasting, change orders, pay applications, and trade partner invoicing
• guide project execution and procurement meetings
• lead closeout activities
• contribute to growth strategies in the mission-critical market.
