The Well Site Manager II role is onsite in Tioga, ND, on a 14-days-on/14-days-off rotation, working approximately 12 hours per day while on rotation. Compensation is $1,211–$1,303 per day, with a stated $310 daily per diem. The role supports a Fortune 100 oil and gas company’s well-site operations. The manager serves as the company’s onsite representative, directing day-to-day operations and maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and operational progress. The role oversees completion and workover activity and provides engineering support to help keep wells productive and work aligned with company standards.

What you'll do

• Follow safe operating practices and environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements
• represent the company onsite and oversee personnel
• assist with completion program design and fracture treatment planning
• prepare completion, testing, and workover procedures
• ensure operations follow company standards and oilfield practices
• report to engineers using systems such as WellView
• prepare workover briefs
• monitor AFEs and expenditures
• review well production
• support engineering on completion designs, workovers, fishing jobs, and production facility modifications
• maintain a visible, hands-on presence.
