Provider Network Coordinator

What you'll do

• Manage provider information in databases and update directories
• distribute directory updates to external customers
• obtain missing provider information
• collect credentialing documents and forward them to the credentialing team
• identify plan gaps and work with the Director to recruit specialists
• assist with provider contract agreements and packets
• support operational resources, budgets, and contract requirements
• communicate with customers and contracted providers
• deliver reports and invoices on time
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
