What you'll do

• Provide 45-, 60-, 90-, and 120-minute massages while maintaining client comfort
• respond to guest needs
• maintain a clean and hygienic work area and safe equipment
• participate in other spa operations such as body treatments, product knowledge, and retail sales
• assist guests with information about hotel facilities
• follow departmental, safety, and sanitation policies
• create retail recommendation baskets and personalized cards.
