The Produce Cooperator role is onsite in Lawrence, KS. Pay is $15.16–$16.16 per hour. The co-op’s stated mission is to make affordable, healthy, delicious food accessible to everyone in the community. Working with department Specialists and Managers, the cooperator receives, prepares, displays, and rotates produce and related products. The role also assists customers, supports inventory and promotions, and helps keep the department clean, stocked, and welcoming.

What you'll do

• Receive, price, cull, prepare, display, and rotate produce and department products
• assist customers and explain products
• support promotions and daily sampling
• build, stock, and rotate displays
• maintain accurate signs and inventory
• follow safe food handling and equipment practices
• keep the department and storage areas neat and clean.
