Life Enrichment Aide

Job overview

The Life Enrichment Aide role is onsite in Wexford, PA. Compensation is $16.50–$18.00 per hour. The position supports recreational, social, educational, cultural, physical, emotional, and spiritual programming for residents at a skilled nursing facility. The aide helps plan, implement, and evaluate programs in accordance with resident assessments and care plans and as directed by a supervisor. The work contributes to resident engagement and supports the facility’s focus on compassionate care.
